As someone who loves food, and comes from a Chinese background, green tea has always been a part of my life. Green tea can be eaten in many ways. It has zero calories and lots of antioxidants. People who drink green tea have a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases, as well as other illnesses, such as cancer. It not only provides energy, but also aids in weight loss and body cleansing!
